This is a transitional provision whereby any reference to the Central Board of Revenue, wherever occurring, in this Act and the rules made there under and notifications, orders, general orders, regulations, or any other instrument issued there under shall be construed to be reference to the Federal Board of Revenue on the commencement of the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007.”; and  for the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Second Schedule specified in the Schedules to this Act is being substituted.
